DPL Plus™
Diamond
Plate |
 |
 |
- Homogeneous conductive vinyl material with diamond plated surface pattern with laminated rubber foam anti-fatigue base
- Diamond plate pattern provides better traction where moisture may accumulate
- Highly visible yellow border with beveled edges and radiused corners to allow carts
and chairs to roll over
- Works in conjunction with conductive ESD tiles or paint
- Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements where operators use a foot grounding system
for primary grounding puposes. Operator to ground is <3.5 X 10^7 ohms when proper ESD foot grounders are used.
- Excellent choice for use around automated SMT and wave machines, shipping
areas, and other environments where operators stand for long periods of time.
- Resistance to Ground 10E3 – 10E5 Ohms
- Made In America

Why use conductive mats?
Desco’s complete line of conductive floor mats have been designed to provide a continuous path to ground when used in conjunction with foot grounding systems. Foot grounders in conjunction with a conductive floor mat quickly and effectively drain the static charges which can collect on an operator during normal activities. Foot grounder systems are designed for use in applications where operators handling ESD susceptible devices require mobility, such as SMT machines, kitting, and quality control. Per ANSI/ESD S20.20 Paragraph 6.2.2.2, “ESD protective flooring used with approved footwear, may be used as an alternative to the wrist strap system for standing operations.” |
