Desco Statshield® Smocks are designed to be antistatic, low tribocharging, and create a Faraday Cage around the torso and arms of the wearer to protect ESD susceptible items from electrostatic fields generated by clothing on the operator's clothing.
Statshield® Smocks meet the requirement for Static Control Garment per ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD TR53.

CUSTOM MARKINGS
Images are initially printed on coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then sublimated into our fabric smocks in a heat press.
Advantages:
- Images will not peel
- Dye does not build up on the fabric
- Maximum image size can be 10.5" X 16.5"
Pricing:
- $5.00 for first sublimation
- $3.00 for each additional sublimation

Custom Logos of Your Company Logo:
- Most logos (up to 10k stitches) will fit on a standard garment breast area.
- Desco can provide a logo evaluation and samples at no charge.
- Desco can digitize logos from high resolution JPEG files.
Custom Direct Embroidery for Name, Departments, Etc.:
- 2 font styles in 2 different sizes
- 6 standard colors
- Custom colors and fonts available
Pricing
$10.00 for 1st embroidery (plus a $100 digitizing fee)
$8.00 for each additional embroidery
A one time $100 digitizing fee may be applied to first time embroidery orders. Garment orders with custom embroidery of $1000 or more may have the digitizing fee waived.
